Tips for Fasted Morning Weightlifting

My fasting window is from 8:00 PM to 12:00 PM. I like the focus and clarity I get during my fasted state in the morning, so I would like to incorporate weightlifting into that window, but I find my workouts have been suffering due to low energy and hunger.

For any of you who lift in the morning during your fasting window, do you have any tips or tricks that you’ve found effective?

Answer

A large cup of hot green tea to fill the belly first thing in the morning and another before you hit the rack.

I might odd though, exercise quells my hungry and died not make it work. I finish off with a mild 15-17 minute mile (brisk walking speed).
