Title says it all haha I lost 20lbs and can’t seem to go down anymore over the last few months!
Are you exercising? If you aren’t, can you introduce 30 mins of cardio a few times a week?
If you are, could you try to diversify your workout? Mix in some HIIT, strength training, hikes, etc.
Since you’re so close to your goal weight, you may need to incorporate more/different exercise to push you through the plateau.
