Hey all! I started alternate day fasting a few weeks ago but honestly didn’t expect much success over the holidays which proved true. Now that that season is over and I can focus more on the fast and what I am putting in my body, I just wanted to get some ideas or tips from those that have done alternate day fasting to see the most success. Plan out what you will eat in your eating window such that you reward yourself and don’t get cravings during the fasting window.
In the fasting window, drink a good amount of water/black coffee/herbal tea.
Sleep! Get busy doing things that get you away from food-related thoughts. Get rid of easy to have snacks in the fasting window.
