Answer

The fast is not going to cure cancer, and “occasionally doing salts in the water for electrolytes” sounds like she was half ass’ing her electrolyte supplementation on a very long fast, which is not a good idea.

Answer

Does she follow Dr. Thomas Seyfried? He seems to the tip of the spear of the keto-versus-cancer thought process.

If she had some BMs at the beginning of the fast, and cleared herself out, it’s probably fine. But if she didn’t get her digestive tract cleared out, and hasn’t pooped in 22 days, that would be cause for concern.

Glad she is taking a break from this fast, for at least a minute. It’s good she’s following her instinct to stop when she is feeling bad.

She should still be pooping every so often, though. Bacteria is still alive in our digestive tract; and they tend to eat each other and create waste, that needs to be excreted.

Is she on any meds? Those could affect BMs while fasting.
