To break my fasting at 48 and renew it or To continue to 72h? (Progress)

Hello, I have tried 72 long time ago, then got some family meeting and other stressfull tasks thats prevented me from being able to "skip" meals. I am finally coming back to fasting, i am doing a 48h now, i do DRY fasting during a window of 10H or so, then take the snake juice during the night, so... now i am wondering : * Should i break it at 48 with a tiny meal, maybe 2 tiny meals... and then start a new 48 fasting the day after ? And taking the risk of not being able to have only tiny meals, by craving to full belly food addiction (not being able to be in cal deficit, wasting my multiple hours fasting * Or, just continue to 72, and then risking being in misery, and not wanting to start any other snake fasting afterwards? IDK. I thought i should ask for insight.

I think you’re thinking about it too much. Just keep going for as long as you feel comfortable, plan what you’re going to break with and stick to it, then go right into another fast. I’ve planned for 72’s or 48’s that have been a bit longer or shorter, it’s nothing to get worked up over. Just pay attention to your body and mood. Keeping a journal of how you feel is helpful, imo.

72 is where it’s at. your body may not even be in ketosis after 48 hours. I never just do 48 hours. Seems like a waste

If you’re in misery you’re probably not in ketosis. Your appetite usually disappears in ketosis.
