I have tried 72 long time ago, then got some family meeting and other stressfull tasks thats prevented me from being able to “skip” meals.
I am finally coming back to fasting, i am doing a 48h now, i do DRY fasting during a window of 10H or so, then take the snake juice during the night, so… now i am wondering :

I think you’re thinking about it too much. Just keep going for as long as you feel comfortable, plan what you’re going to break with and stick to it, then go right into another fast. I’ve planned for 72’s or 48’s that have been a bit longer or shorter, it’s nothing to get worked up over. Just pay attention to your body and mood. Keeping a journal of how you feel is helpful, imo.
72 is where it’s at. your body may not even be in ketosis after 48 hours. I never just do 48 hours. Seems like a waste
If you’re in misery you’re probably not in ketosis. Your appetite usually disappears in ketosis.
