To eat or not to eat....

16:8 | 29F | CW 305 | SW 316 | IR PCOS

I’ve been doing 16:8 for about 2 weeks and noticing that I’m hungry less and less of the day. I’m able to hit 16 hrs easily but I’m worried about the late day BS phenomenon I’m seeing more and more about. If I’m at hr 16 and still not hungry should I force myself to eat or continue fasting until I’m hungry.

Answer

I guess this all depends on what your goals are, if you would like to achieve an OMAD (one meal a day), a 3-day water fast, or a regular intermittent fasting.

The more you time you stay in a fasted state, the more benefits you will get.

As a beginner, it´s better to start small, and go increasing the fasted time little by little

Answer

If you are not hungry, trying to drop weight, and within safe calorie restrictions…yeah…t8ghten window and/or cut some more cals. Nice thing about cutting even 100 more cals out is that on x day when you want a 500 cal treat…no worries
