I’ve looked up the nutritional data. A 3oz portion, aside from the carb, also has about 20g of protein, 10g of fat, and overall about 170kcal, so yes, it will break your fast. It also only has about 100mg of sodium, so way below what you need, and therefore not a great means of getting electrolytes.
