I have been fasting for a few years but never more than 20 hours and want to do it over 24 hrs. What does your fasting schedule look like? Do you go ahead and take meds with empty stomach? TIA
I’m new here. But I recommend not taking medical advice from strangers in the internet. If it involves medications, talk to your doctor or at the very least call up your pharmacist about how the drugs work.
