Where at on your body did you lose the most weight or is it everywhere? I’m 5’6 160 lbs female, doing a 21 day water fast and hoping to lose weight mainly in my arms.
I guess results vary on a case by case basis but, I finished my first fast ever on Sunday and had my first meal Monday. I’m a female, 5’5 and my starting weight was 162. My finishing and current weight is 146. I fasted for 7 days and had water only. I did not take any supplements or salt. Not only did I manage to lose 16 pounds but it was in all the right places. My face, my arms and definitely my stomach. Sadly, my ass shrank too, but it’s nothing a couple weeks of squats can’t fix 😂.
