In the UK it’s very hard/ is very expensive to get low calorie wraps does anyone have a good recipe for homemade ones just like store bought ones. I have xanthum gum and thought there may be good recipes using it
2 Cups All Purpose Flower1/2 tsp Salt3/4 Cup Water3 TBS Olive Oil
Mix dry ingredients first.
Combine dry ingredients and liquid together incrementally. Don’t over kneed the dough.
Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour.
Lentil flatbread tortillas. Though they call for red lentils, I use brown ones all of the time.
1.25 cup water, 1 cup lentils. Blend until completely smooth. Then, make them like pancakes in the shape of a tortilla.
