This has happened to me too. Started out slow with 16:8. And 3 days into it I switched to 18:6 end of the week I was doing 20:4 now I’ve been doing 23:1 for the past month and totally lost my appetite. I make sure to each a lot of greens, fruits and legumes for their nutritional value for lunch but often feel totally full in short order and have to try to eat more so I don’t go too far into a caloric deficit.
I’ve tried every diet before and was always hungry. Weird that IF has had this effect but it’s honestly nice to not always think about food and be hungry.
Seems fine to me as long as you make sure you feel fine still and are able to do the things you could before.
