Tracking Rolling 72's 48's etc (how do you do it?)

Hey,

Im doing rolling 72’s and its going well. One thing that kind of annoying, I track my fasts in the Zero app. Now this is probably app agnostic and probably doesnt even matter but its kind of annoying.

I start my fast and eat at lets say 6:30-7PM. And I do my next fast starting at 7 -630 and its not showing I did a full 72. I know its probably cosmetic and doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things but is there something I should be or could be doing different?

How do you track them?

Answer

There are 24 hours in a day. If you eat at 630pm for 30 minutes, start your fast and eat at 630pm the next day, 23.5 hours has passed. Now just apply that to 48h, 72h, etc.

People will say rolling 24/48/72 fasting for ease of communication.
