I’ve been doing 16:8 4 days a week then 20:4 for Fri-Sun for a few weeks now. I was doing pretty well and didn’t have much trouble. Recently, though, I’ve noticed I’ve been having headaches consistently (mostly on the 20:4 days it seems). Nothing I can’t handle but not fun.
Should I just be drinking more water to help with those? I would take ibuprofen but shouldn’t take it on an empty stomach probs.
Any advice is appreciated!
I get those with low sodium. I have a pinch of salt with some water and that helps. Definitely keep an eye on electrolytes. While lots of water is generally good, just drinking more may flush more electrolytes out.
