I’m sure you get this alot, but how do you guys start fasting? I fasted from August last year until like December 23rd. I haven’t been able to fast since then. How did you guys start/get back on it? I’m obese and really need to lose weight, and this helped a lot. Is there anything that helped you guys? Worst case scenario someone could just call me fat every day or something to boost me to lose weight.
If you’re struggling to get into it psychologically, I’d start by slowly increasing the period of the day when you’re not allowed to eat while slowly restricting the kinds of food you allow yourself to eat.
