The recipe for snake juice pretty popular. It combines potassium, magnesium, salt and baking soda. The baking soda is to help balance out the sodium to chloride ratio, as most potassium supplements also contain chloride.

It’s important to space out the electrolyte consumption throughout the day so you don’t pee away the excess. Generally mixing 2L of water with the powders and just sipping on that is recommended. As for the specific doses, I’m not a nutritionist and people who sell electrolyte powders aren’t either, so take their advice with a gram of salt.
