I leave for Bali in 44 days. Over the year I have gained 30lbs. OMAD isnt getting me where I Want to be, so I began rolling 48’s Wednesday.
I’m trying to figure out what the best routine would be for me with optimal results in only 44 days.

-150lbs (I am typically 120lbs, so this extra 30 on a short chick isn’t that flattering).
The less you eat the better your results will be. So rolling 48s are good, rolling 72s are slightly better, etc.
Do what you are capable of doing and try not to stress (dont want to raise your cortisol!)
Refeeds are the key. You can even do alternate day fasting but it’s all about how much food you consume during your refeed day. In 44 days you’ll lose at least 20 lb. Keep up the electrolytes by drinking snake juice. I usually walk on my fasted days and exercise on my refeed day. Best wishes 👊🐍
