Trying to switch to the 2 meal day plan. Am i doing this correctly?

I usually wake up around 9-10am, skip breakfast and just have sugar free coffee. At 12-1pm is where i eat my 1st meal of rice, eggs and meat (chicken, beef, etc), eyeballing the portion i’d say it’s about 600-800 calories. About 2hrs after is when i plan to go do my workout (1hr strength training w/ light cardio) and have a small post workout meal, maybe 2 scoops of protein and a banana. Then by about 7-9pm i’ll have dinner, rice and meat again but slightly bigger portions and go to sleep around midnight.

Thoughts? Advice? Suggestions?

just need to keep the time you are fasting 16-18+ hours (continuous) and you should be good. Time of the day doesn’t matter as long as you’re consistent.

Start eating at noon and stop at 8pm will give you 16:8 which is about the min fasting you really want to do

I’ve never heard of suger free coffee so I assume you just mean black, which is ok
