Ttying to lose weight? Intermideate fasting for weight loss. Don't think just do it.

I’ve done diets, I’ve done keto I’ve worked out for a month straight and always got burned out from a lack of willpower and put the pounds back on.

Intermideate fasting I’ve been able to stick with for 3 and 1/2 months now. I’ve most 23lb. From 223 to 200.

If you want to lose weight in the easiest way possible literally just eat from 12pm-4pm no exceptions. I lost that weight while still eating burgers and poor food. No execuses for being fat when this really is the magic pill for weight loss.

Hopefully that’s encouraging.

Way to go! I’ll just say only going for junk on a strict OMAD or 20:4 comes with its risks, as you’re reducing overall intake quite a bit and thus overall micros. I’ve gotten into a good routine and dropped 20 pounds this month using fasting, but I’ve found I feel better when I make sure to slot in the salad or grain bowl to the mix during feed times (while also eating all the delicious things too, of course).
