Does fasting cause twitching on upper stomach/abdomen? I tried drinking some water and it just keeps twitching
I’m assuming it’s a magnesium/salt issue however… it freaked me out once o started losing some weight and didn’t have a stomach full of food I could see my heart beat. Like the layer of fat would bounce around from my heart. Freaky at first but I guess normal? Any chance that’s the “twitching” your seeing?
