Hi! Just about to embark on my first 48hr fast and I’d appreciate any UK electrolyte recommendations. I’ve read the you-need-electrolytes section of the sub, but I’m not wanting to make anything from scratch as would just prefer to buy from Amazon UK. I’ve searched the sub and a lot of the electrolyte brands mentioned aren’t available in the uk. Thank you! So excited to start!
Lo salt from sainsbury’s, tesco or most supermarkets.It’s high in potassium with a bit of sodium and its only £1.60 for a large amount, what companies are charging like £25 for these stupid fasting salts.
Then get a cheap magnesium powder from Holland and barrett or amazon. Just type in lo salt on Google so you can see what it looks like.
