I would argue that anything that kicks you out of ketosis would.. and it takes more than a chewable vitamin c to do so… Or a coffee.. or a tea with sugar… God damn it.. (refering to the constant questions on this topic)

Its not blowed, but its IF is about hormone control, any sweet taste make your body release insulin, even at 0 cal.
A lot of ppl seem to use a CICO appraoch with an IF mindset, but they arent really IF’ing.
