I made it to 39 hours and could have gone longer but decided I donāt want to push too hard too soon and upset my gut and so broke it at lunch.
Previously when Iāve tried EF Iāve had awful āpoopsiesā afterwards, where I couldnāt be more than 10ft away from the porcelain throne for a good few hours. This time however, things are much improved. I wonder if proper electrolyte supplementation helps š¤ I also had a tablespoon of psyllium husk and water prior to eating more solid food, so I wonder if that helped slow things down as well.
Either way, I feel great (all relationship issues aside) and am looking to start again this evening after dinner.

Thatās great! When I started fasting the whole bathroom situation was awful at times but itās gotten better with time, preparing yourself to eat is the best way to go, sometimes I take some tea, or soup or eat 1 hard boiled egg and take Probioticos, and then I wait for 1 hour to continue eating
Iām currently fasting, 29 hours into my fast and Iām struggling lol Iām doing rolling 42s but itās been harddd
