Update: My 7-day dry fast

Hey dear fasting enthousiasts. I wanted to tell you that I actually could not do a 7-day fast. I did a 6-day dry fast. I actually pushed my body to the limit and there was a signal from my body that I needed to stop. When the tongue becomes rosy and white, you body is telling you that it took enough fat from your body reserves and if you keep on fasting, it’ll take from your muscles. You truly don‘t want that. Next month, I will go after Christmas for the 7-day dry fast.

6 day is very impressive, congrats!

What do you mean that the tongue becomes rosy and white? you mean by stripes or how? because it is completely normal to have a white tongue during the fast (it always happens to me), it is because of plague increase.

The russians say that the the body tells to stop only if you get really really hungry (as normally during dry fast there is no hunger at all) and If you can barely move. But that normally happens after they 20 or so.
