I have decided to forgo using the scale. I have pants organized by waist size. Once a week, I will try to wear one pants size down from what I currently wear. I will also put away pants that are too big. What do you guys think?
That’s a great approach. İ am also not concentrating so much on goal weight as much as on goal pants lol. İ have kept it hanging right infront of me where İ can keep seeing it again and again and work towards it. My first goal is to fit into those pants.
