Hey guys,

I have been doing IF (mostly 6/18) for a while and at some point the weight didn’t want to come off anymore. Don’t worry, I’m not scary thin or anything, I’m still a bit overweight. I saw a video on YouTube that recommended the following: 4 days 6/18, 2 days 3/21 or omad, and 1 day of normal eating. I thought it was from Dr. Mindy. This would kickstart the weight loss again.

I can’t find this video anymore and by now I’m wondering if it is legit. Are there people with experience in this field?

Give it a try! I find I end up doing something kinda like this naturally. A couple days a week of omad, a couple days of two meals a day, and there’s usually one day where I end up eating earlier like a normal person. Doesn’t hurt to change things up!
