Vegetables: What part has the most nutrition?

Take broccoli for example: for some reason I really hate the stem or branch. But I’ll often bite the head off. Is most of the nutrients in the branches or the head of the broccoli? I often do this with similar veggies too

I learned that the most nutritious part of a vegetable is the leafy ends - not stems. All nutrients in a plant are brought to their ends (after being soaked from the ground through the root) via the stems to keep the plant growing bigger and outward. The stems don’t hold as much nutritional value as the leafy ends. Broccoli heads have more nutrition than the stems
