Verdict on Bang energy

I’m a 20 year old male who does 20/4 IF with the goal of fat reduction. Energy drinks and in particular Bangs are my biggest vice. While it seems pretty clear that they do affect your fast, I haven’t quite been able to find just how much they affect the results of a fast. As a person who doesn’t particularly care about fasting “purely” per se, and is doing this with the goal of reducing body fat, would my consumption of Bang during my 20h fasting period get in the way of achieving said goal?

I have super long days on Monday and Wednesday since I work 10 hour shift then go to night class that lasts till 9pm so I have been eating lunch and an early dinner, so around a 4 hour eating window and then will drink an energy drink usually sugar free monster and I have been pretty successful in losing weight with that strategy, so its working for me. From what I have heard bang has a way higher caffein amount, so might be better to go with a more moderate caffein energy drink, but thats personal preference really

Should be fine, I don’t drink bang but looked up the nutrition panel and saw the zero calories. Be aware that the alternative sweetener can have some affect based on some studies, as some people find some sweeteners can raise insulin which may be an issue if fasting for autophagy or insulin-related reasons, but if your goal is fat reduction, all you need to really worry about is the zero calories part. The stuff in the drink won’t make much of a difference on weightloss, so you’re just fine.
