What all tea’s can you drink while water fasting? Can I drink any tea as long as it does not have calories? Can I drink chamomile tea while water fasting?
If it has fruit in the title then it may have dried fruit in it. I had a green tea with pomegranate and it had apple bits in tea bags. Look for sweet somewhere in the description
Edit: herbal teas should be fine: mint, chamomile, roisbois, but green tea is the best because of its gaba inducing qualities.
Anything that does not have sugar, sugar-like things, sweeteners, or milk or cream should be fine. Basically tea (any tea leaves) in hot water is what works. Adding anything else is probably breaking your fast.
