I haven’t done a long enough dry fast to cure much. But I can say that I have always suffered from foot fungus. I know it sounds gross, but I try to keep my feet well cared for so I’m not someone with gross looking feet. but I have to change shoes like every month to keep it at bay. Anyway, I did a 10 day water fast in february, and one of the things I didn’t expect to improve was my feet, but sure enough at the end my feet were feeling soft and without any sign of infection. So fungal is not the same as viral obviously, but the way your body fights it might be very similar. I can only assume the result would be accelerated by dry fasting. By not eating eating or drinking you’re going to reduce inflammation increasing circulation, in addition to boosting white blood cell growth and recycling of old bad cells, that includes your white blood cells. Also since your body doesn’t have to dedicate much blood resources to digesting, which will free up more blood to promote healing around your body. Will it cure a virus? IDK.. but it definitely won’t hurt to try.

4 days is the minimum of a dry fast needed to kill bacteria and virus according to the Phoenix Protocol, 7 days is needed for the first aciodic crisis 11 days for the second, 21 days is the longest I have heard of anyone dry fasting for. But I would check out the book the Phoenix Protocol you can find a free pdf of it online. Your electrolytes balance is very important going into a fast as well as exiting. If your heart rate goes 120 bpm+ exit the fast immediately. I have made it to 5 days on a dry fast and felt great afterwards.

From my experience, the quickest cure that is natural is dry fasting. Although I haven’t heard of cases of people healing your specific viral infection, I’ve talked to people who have cured their cancer, lyme disease, diabetes, injuries and much more. You’d be surprised at how much it can heal. I would personally slowly work up to a 9-day dry fast, and hopefully that would do the trick. If not, a longer time may be necessary. Or you can start dry and transition to water - there’s no one-way street to healing. Best of luck.

Dry fasting and water fasting will help it. You can also take cell food, Biocidin (I use the drops this is a natural antibiotic it’s expensive but last a long time and really works.) also take bio active silver I buy the 16oz bc it cheaper per ounce than buying the 4oz. Take the silver and cell food 3x daily. Silver will be a tablespoon 3x daily. look for these products on Amazon along with reading the reviews. If you’re able to afford all of these products you can take them on a regular basis separately at least an hour apart. Fasting will definitely help for every day though I would highly suggest these products.

On another note try not eating meat, dairy or sugar for 2 weeks while following this protocol & let me know how your skin heals.
