Per BMR calculators, I should be consuming approximately 2000 calories a day. Due to moderate cardio training, I’ve been consuming 3200 on a daily basis. How does a caloric surplus above the BMR affect the RDAs for vitamins and minerals? Those recommendations don’t seem to scale in Chronometer with the increased calories.
i believe that the RDA for vitamins and minerals is not per caloric intake but per average weight and height.
i would refer to a calculator such as this

The RDA for vitamins and minerals are calculated to cover 97-98% of the population, therefore even if you exercise often and consume a surplus of 1200 calories a day, reaching just 100% of the RDA would still be an adequte amount to keep you healthy, although you would probably need to consume more macronutrients to keep up with your exercise, which is what you are doing.
