Any suggestions on what the best course of action is? Should I just do not vitamins at all and just do a strict water fast or is that dangerous? Any help would be appreciated!
Fat-soluble vitamins (A D E K) are best taken with food, some others ( C) can be taken alone.
If you have a reasonable amount of fat in you body, the fat-soluble vitamin stores are more than enough for a few days of fasting.
What we can’t store are electrolytes, the rest can wait.
