I googled this but I am having trouble finding a definitive answer In the mornings i usually take the following supplements and vitamins Vitamin D B-complex L-arginine CLA Fish oil Does this mess with my IF plan? I usually do 12-8

Unless you’re a very strict clean faster, they are basically all fine. However a lot of these aught to be taken with food any ways to assist with absorption, so it might be worth transitions the habit to inside your eating window regardless.
