Multivitamin’s are usually garbage, low quality minerals packed into quantities not tailored for your specific body. If you truly eat eggs, fish, vegetables, salads and healthy fats then you wouldn’t even need to think about a multivitamin. On days you eat the one vitamin most people are deficient in is D, If you are deficient I would recommend that you take Vitamin D with some type of fat (Vitamin D is fat soluble), spinach, kale and fermented vegetable for full absorption.
