Walking all over me...

I had baby recently and it’s been so so hard to find time to workout. She’s been super clingy and I really need advice on how to burn less calories quicker on the treadmill and/or cycle… I’m 5’5 and 212lbs…I’ve been intermittent fasting on 18:6 for 2 weeks now and haven’t felt any progress. Please recommend some intervals that have worked for you! I’d really appreciate it, I have about 30 max before things start interrupting one by one. I’m a SAHM so burning calories didn’t come as easy as I think it did.

Do interval workouts (run-sprint). Also do strength training circuits with whole body exercises (eg squat to overhead press) to build muscle.

But it is more diet than exercise. Maybe take a look at what you’re eating and see if you can find easy ways to cut calories.

Start weighing your food. Most people underestimate their portion sizes when calorie counting. Even if you were completely sedentary at your height and weight you would be losing steadily by eating what you claim.
