Want to do a 3 day dry fast with follow up water fast days

Hi guys.

I’m looking to do a dry fast with some added water fast days.

My first dry fast ended around a month ago. I felt incredible, felt no pain, no thirst, no hunger, and an almost completely symptom free time from my gut illness. My stools were fully cleared up and normal. The effects lasted for over a week post fast.

I’m looking to do another dry fast as part of my treatment plan and will be going 3 days dry, however I’d like to add a couple days extra of water fasting immediately after.

I can’t see to find any literature on the subject however. Could anyone here post some information on the viability of following up a dry fast with a water fast, and if so, how many days extra could or should be added.

Finally, if anyone is curious about my experience on the dry fast I am happy to speak here or privately.

Thank you all

I kept searching this in the sub but can’t find much much information. I also have read filinov’s q&a book and phoenix protocol but i didnt really find a thorough explanation about how to do water fasting after DF. All i learned is it is safe to do it. But I’m curious what is recommended days of water fast right after completing a 7 day DF? I’m on my 4th day of DF and planning to do 7 day. Im doing it for weightloss, emotional detox and skin healing. I’m still very very far from normal BMI and i’m still overweight so i’m not sure how long i should go with water fasting. Since i havent seen anybody else talked about prolong df+wf besides that one who did 7DF+11WF, for now i just set my mind to do 7DF+7WF(or maybe just do a liquid diet if water started to make me hungry)+7liquid/light meal

It is doable and the number of water fast days is not really limited other than the standard stuff; like that you should not go to long if you are underweight for instance.
But this is usually done for weight loss, while fasting for health is more often done with prolonging the dry fasts or taking a break and then go again, fractioning the fasts.
