Does it matter if the time window is somewhat inconsistent day to day? (for ex: Monday is 12 -6pm, Tuesday is 2-8pm)
It’s fine. I change my eating window all the time as my schedule can change a lot. The only thing I do try to stay consistent though is to keep my feeding window before sunset. I have slow digestion so try not to go to bed on a full stomach but that’s just my personal preference.
The inconsistency might be an issue only because you’ll suddenly get hungry at the times you are used to eating. Let’s say you eat 7 days in a row at 1pm. But on the 8th day you don’t eat at 1pm. You’ll get really hungry tho at 1pm because the body is used to eating at that time.
