I’ve tried it once before at 16. It worked like a charm. Yet, I fell back into my old habits. A few years later, I think is time to give it a try once again. And what better way to motivate myself than using social pressure. Honestly, not sure of what my goal is. Probably 175. Currently at 300 on the dot. I’ll keep this sub reddit as a diary and update it every week or so.
Well, there goes nothing.
I’m currently on day 5. Day 6 starts at 7pm tonight. I have a question if you don’t mind? Couldn’t post as I’m new to Reddit but is it normal to have bowel movements still? It’s nothing solid but had 2-3 yesterday and 1 so far today. Have been drinking nothing but black coffee and water. Thanks in advance!
