No, you won’t lose all your muscle. That would take a long ass time. You don’t lose as much as you would think. Ketones usually protect/ try to preserve muscle when fasting. Low intensity to moderate workouts are fine as long as you listen to your body. Upping electrolytes may help as well if you feel like shit on work out days.
You’ll only lose muscle if overtime you’re in a large deficit and/or not getting much protein especially during refeeding days.
