I am 48h into my water fast and I'm debating whether I need any external electrolytes or not.
My fast will be 10 days.
Should I get electrolytes for this period and if so what dose (mg), of the electrolytes should I have?

I’m on day 2 of a 3 day fast and I’m taking the Reset extended day electrolyte capsules which are keeping headaches, fatigue and hunger away. Also comes in a sleep version which is awesome as I don’t sleep as well with EF’s. Good luck on yours!
