Fasting doesn’t hasten or hamper any metabolism of drugs in the system, to my knowledge. I guess in terms of physiology it might speed it up, but not likely.
It won’t trigger anything in the test, though. Ketones are not drugs, and higher trigs don’t set off the test. You should be fine.
