Water fasting as part of a routine

Hi I was wondering if fasting for 3 days every week (continuously) as part of a routine to lose weight would be a good idea. The other days I’d be going to the gym and working out as normal. Thanks in advance.

I wouldn’t do it every single week. Chronic low calories will cause your metabolism to drop in order to run on less calories, meaning you burn less calories overall. So when you do eat, you’ll store more of it as fat.
