Hello! I’ve been water fasting for five days and felt so weak today that I just had one egg with some smoked salmon. My questions are - will I lose much weight loss benefit by doing this if I start again with water from now and also are there any problems with having small Keto meals every few days? Thanks!

And no, your idea is not ideal. Instead of eating a small meal every few days, have a full feasting day where you eat to fullness. Concentrate on meat, fish and eggs to minimize blood glucose increases and therefore insulin response.

You want to eat a good amount because you don’t want your small meals to force your body to reduce its metabolism, you want to be burning as much bodyfat as possible so you need that metabolism PUMPING!
