I am doing rolling 72s at this moment. I am having 1-2L of snake juice a day (1 packet per liter) I am having no problem losing weight, but I am fairly active (I am in the Infantry and on top of working out have a decently active lifestyle) I am craving water like nobodies business. My question is what’s the worst that could happen if I have a glass of water once every 3 days? Or a liter of fresh water mixed in every 3days? Would appreciate an answer, as I am becoming concerned about heat exhaustion during feild ops especially
I wouldn’t worry about it - a bit of water is not going to impact you whatsoever - you are getting your electrolytes in just fine with the SJ. Adjust the amount of liquid based on activity levels and on how hard you want to go (i.e., Dry fasting on the extreme end)
