Water weight

I’ve been losing weight steadily since November but my water weight is going up - I do try and drink water during the day (only water, coffee and peppermint tea after my OMAD). Does anyone know why? Google is not giving me great answers

Your body may be too used to your schedule if you’re eating around the same time each day (i.e. dinner every night) which means your metabolism has slowed down.

Listen to this episode of The Fasting Method podcast, around 9 minutes in. They talk about how OMAD is great until it stops working- then you have to switch up your fasting protocol to sort of “shock” your system.

I am only a week into OMAD and it’s working well for me, but I have 30/16 in my back pocket once it no longer produces the results I am looking for.
