Answer

I water fasted multiple times, but my major one was 7 days. I lost about 11 lbs.

(Overall since the beginning of my journey, I lost 40 lbs).

As for my eating habits, I definitely ate less and didn’t feel the urge to binge eat at all. In fact, when I did eat after breaking my fast, I did have a loss of appetite and I had to force myself to eat.

Edit: Right now, I am currently on day 2 out of 14 days of fasting. Hopefully I can make it past 7 days lol.
