That’s a slippery slope to an eating disorder… There are no shortcuts in proper nutrition, and a cheat meal is just that, a single meal to “cheat” your diet. It’s perfectly healthy to have a single cheat meal every once in a while so long as it’s not a regular thing. Just exercise a little bit extra the next day if you are genuinely worried about it.
