Personally I had to give up the habit because I go munchy crazy. Now I only smoke once in a while when it’s in my window and I have a plan for what I’ll eat. Example: pizza night, perfect time to smoke!

I make snacks that aren’t that bad and kinda filling, take long to eat:

-Frozen fruits -Freeze grapes in a bowl sprinkle a little sugar on top.-Take graham crackers and sandwich cool whip in between freeze them until solid like ice cream sandwiches -Tabouleh with leaf lettuce instead of pita-drink Gatorade or crystal light -freeze low cal yogurt

Knit or color in book to keep hands busy.

Avoid indica like the devil and only smoke sativa. Also, limonene, camphene and one other terpene I’m forgetting the name of, are supposedly appetite suppressants. I’d still be 400 pounds if I hadn’t started smoking last year lol

My brother gave me Hybrid for Christmas. I usually buy Sativa and never had a problem. I was eating everything in sight after the Hybrid. I had to quit smoking. Same when I house sat for him. Ate everything in site.

Cheat days 🤷 we only smoke on Fridays, so i let myself do whatever Friday night but increase my fasting window saturday+Sunday to sort of even it out

When I wasn’t fasting, I used to get huge cravings from weed, that is need to snack every hour. Now I wait until at least 10 hours after my last meal so that I’m in a fasted state. I NEVER get hungry from weed anymore while fasting.

I drink a lot of tea, which helps with cotton mouth and dehydration from weed.
