Week 4 - one month into this! (5'9" M mostly 16:8, SW 220lb, last week 206lb, CW 202 lb, GW 165)

This week was an interesting one. Since I’m working nights this week my fasting time is all while I’ve been awake. Weirdly I’m noticing that I’m overall feeling more rested than I was before starting intermittent fasting, but that hunger at the end of the shift is real. I think there’s something to be said about an intrinsic urge for late- night snacking when you’re up late. Glad I’m making some progress with the scale but I was hopeful to be below 200lb by this point. Oh well, next week it’ll happen!

Now that I’ve done this for a month and done a couple of OMAD days, I’m toying around with the idea of trying some >24 hr fasts. What do you all think? Premature to try or go for it?

Hey just want to say great work. IMO you should graduate to 24hr+ fasts slowly or keep it as a secret weapon to break through a plateau that you may encounter. I say keep doing what you are doing as long as you see some results
