Weekday Fasting - your weight loss results?

Can any women share their results when doing a 4 or 5 day fast per week? I’m considering fasting Sun evening > Friday evening and feasting the rest of the days OMAD or below dailyTDEE.

Would love to hear your experience and weight loss results with this way of eating.

I am female, 62, and I have about 20 lbs to lose. I have done two 5 day fasts. The first one, I lost 6 lbs and gained it all back in a few days. The second one (last week), I lost 4 lbs and gained 5 by Monday. I am 36 hours into my 3rd fast. It is easier this time. I am planning to do 5/2 until I get rid of this excess fat. On the refeed, I am largely keto but I caved and had a cider on Sunday. I wasn’t able to exercise on my first fast, did a little more on my second and plan to workout daily on this one (a home gym light weight workout and hot yoga). Been keto for several years. I’m currently on Day 3 of waterfast, with final weigh in on morning after Day 5, when I complete my fast.

Results so far: Sunday pm: 85 point something kg (after weekend eating)Tuesday am: 84.5kgWednesday am: 83.6kg

I just finished a 62 hour fast and lost 4lbs (from 279.8 to 275.8). Not quite as long as you mentioned but I am actually about to start the same fast you described so I can report back if you’d like. This’ll be my longest fast.
