Would fasting every weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) be too much? I know 24-48 weekly fasts are best but would a 48-72 hour fast be too much? Eating lightly but enough Monday through Thursday and then fasting for the next three days, is it healthy?
I been doing this for months. Sometimes twice a week and I feel the healthiest I’ve ever been. Losing about 10 months a month ( after the ups and downs of water weight ) lifting and running 4 times a week, work full time and my blood markers continue to get better and better ( cholesterol bring my biggest problem )
